Private lessons have a 24 hour cancelling policy

Can I cancel a lesson?
If you have to cancel a class, you will not be charged if you give us 24 hours notice, the credit will go to your next class.
If you do not show up for a class or cancel a class within less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
If the internet connection is poor or goes down, the class will be rescheduled for a later date.
Lesson duration is 45 minutes.
